A moment of shock
If you have been following the newspapers recently, there has been an article of a Province in Phillipines(Legazpi) that was badly destructed by typhoon Durian (rated 4th; one of the most deadly/strongest typhoons).
The worst part: My faithful 8yr long maid has gone back to Phillipines on Wed (29Nov)
and has probably took a transfer flight to her Province (Legazpi) from Manila Airport Phillipines!
I really pray that she nor her family are victims of this terrible natural disaster.
But on the contrary, the papers reported that there were only few survivors and the death toll was expected to soar.
My mom has tried contacting Ruby through her mobile and house phone, only to realise that all power and phone lines are being cut, over in Legazpi.
Thus there's no other way she can be contacted.
No one has news of Ruby.
The very last time we heard news of Ruby was when she arrived at Manila International Airport, she sent a msg to my brother assuring us that she has landed safely.
And after that, we've never heard from her again. (She was supposed to call us when she reached her home but that phone call never came.)
I'm really worried.
Come back to Singapore safely, Ruby.
I miss you.
