CAC+US '08
I had sucha GREAT (is an understatement) time performing at this yr's cactus event..
Although we all had so lil time to change into costumes, touch up on make-up, redo hair styles..
But all turned out well..
Cos i had so DAMN much FUNNNNNNNNN performing on stage and backstage in the dressing room!
The plentiful of rushed practices religiously every single day, accompanied by skipping dinner everyday, the late nights spent practising, the many dry runs of rehearsals and finally the REAL EVENT.
It seemed to just have flown pass just like that..
I really enjoy performing..
And of course hear the good comments..
I began to think that the time and effort has paid off..
Digressing:
How i wish i can just continue to have nth to do all day and just go for practices to get ready for performances every other month..
Better still, if i get paid..
Well, that was really my goal..
But i know it seems kinda unrealistic..
Oh well, we all have to grow up one day..
Back to cactus..
I wanna thank:
Zee (our instructor/ choreograher)
The friends of d'hoppers
My partner ("KIWI") who has always been caring
Those who have turned up to see my performance
Last but not least, my rat TEDDY who has painstakingly took time off to accomodate to my timings, picking me up frm NUS every single night aft rehearsals, accompanying me for supper aft my late night practices and also being very very supportive of all my performances.
You've been sucha dear.. =)
Now that i dont have rehearsals anymore, i feel so lost..
I miss performing..
Oh yes!
Special thanks to SHAUN who air flown my long awaited Bebe bag and for attending my performance too!
