Dropped by Marina Barrage again to "shang yue" (full moon appreciation, i call it).
Many children, families and couples were playing with lanterns, kites, candles and sparkles.
A child walked pass and said, "Daddy, the moon is BLUR!"
I looked up into the sky and it was LITERALLY blur.
The clouds were blocking the moon.
Soon after it started drizzling.
