I'm sure online shopping is nth new to girls, and even to boys these days.
But how many selllers have made you feel super pleased and contented, in terms of service?
Today, I would like to express my gratitude to Gipsy Scarlet's commendable service!
When I posted an enquiry to them, I was given answers within 24hrs (super fast service!)
I've set my eyes on these 2 lovely dresses (below) and placed my order.
After a few days, my loot arrived.
However, the first dress came in the wrong colour.
I contacted the seller and told her about the mishap.
She got her mom to send it over to me again and refunded me the postage fees for mailing the wrong piece back to her. (She was overseas at that point of time; but it's a very responsible way of handling things and even replied to all my emails promptly!)
Then a few days later, the long awaited loot arrived.
I scurridly opened the mail only to learn that the colour was wrong again!
Thus, I contacted the seller and very quickly she responded.
She made an offer to deliver the ABSOLUTE CORRECT piece to my house doorstep.
Not many sellers I know are as responsible and able to make customers pleased with their service.
But Gipsy Scarlet's one online shop that I'll be visiting very often!
Thanks to their excellent service and wide range of pretty self-manufactured apparel!

Side note: In fact, this was actually the first time I received a wrong item, throughout my countless online shopping. But I'm sure glad that it was solved in the most pleasant way. =)
