What and how exactly is going overboard?

Our company had organized this annual Xmas Party bash at The Arena, Clark Quay on thurs.
There was lots of booze, which comes along with manysemi- drunk colleagues and of course, the dance floor.
All these factors result in lack of self control, losing oneselves.
Honestly, these kind of corporate functions are the most inappropriate to engage in 'silly things' that might just cause negative and unnecessary embarrassment in the office.
Knowing your borders to your own limits, exercising self-control are what makes us humans different from animals.
I always believe that no matter how drunk you appear, a person is still 30% sober, unless you completely let yourself lose.
So dont lose it, be it guys or girls, know your limits, because you will only end up at the losing end.
On a different note, I'm always so amazed of how fate brings ppl tgt.
Coincidence or fate? Sometimes I cant tell the diff. Their similarities are too uncanny and difficult to diffrentiate.
